Scuba Diving Lights

A good dive light is more than just another accessory. Dive lights can add to a diver’s enjoyment and safety.

Recreational divers use lights to see the true colors of marine life and dive sites as the water filters out the sun. Lights are also used to look under ledges and reefs, peer in to holes in wrecks, and spot hidden creatures such as lobsters, eels, and fish. During night dives, lights not only alow divers to see the dive site, but to see each other as well.

Technical divers use lights as their voices underwater. They use their lights to signal,  maintain team awareness, and communicate.

The importance of a high quality dive light can’t be over stated, and a good back up light is a must.
